🐨 Artwork Complete! Next Steps From Here

G'day!

A very warm welcome to the latest Silverwood Grove update.

Everything is going wonderful and we've been very busy in the Grove finalizing the artwork and design for the game, and now have everything completed and looking absolutely beautiful!

We are currently doing our final playthroughs making sure the gameplay is super smooth and our Stretch Goal additions to the game are nice and balanced (we're having lots of fun with this) and can't wait to prep for production. 

Our design files are ready for final checkups for typos and any last minute edits.

Updates to expect from here:

- Final playthroughs to iron out any cards across the next 2 weeks

- Prep the print files and send to our factory

- Approve pre-production sample and begin production

- Ship to our fulfillment partner

- Ship worldwide to backers

At this point in time our awesome shipping partner is experiencing no delays despite this crazy time, so we should have a nice clean run as per our previous campaigns - and will keep you updated through each step.

We're currently quite ahead of schedule.

Silverwood Grove Pledge Manager Shipping Processing

G'day Mate!

We will be closing the Backerkit pledge manager and locking in your orders so we can begin processing shipping & add-ons purchased, this Friday 21st May AEST (Thursday 20th May for US + other countries)

You will still have time to update your shipping address prior to when we ship in November

Shipping processing:

I haven't yet charged your card for shipping in Backerkit so I'd also like to send a heads up to please allow funds for shipping (and any extra add-ons you have added) to be processed on Friday 21st May (AEST) through Backerkit - I'd like to give you this heads up so you won't have any surprises on your statement

and of course, I'll be here if anyone needs any questions or assistance at any time should that not suit you!

What to expect from here

In the next update I'll be sharing artwork and production progress and from there I can't wait to get Silverwood Grove into production, for a November shipment. Thank you all for filling out your surveys so swiftly!

The Silverwood Grove Backerkit pledge manager is now open! 

Over the course of the day, please check your emails associated with Kickstarter for a link to your survey to fill in your shipping details so we can begin finalizing our counts for shipment

Pledge Manager & Pre-Order Store Open Soon!

G'day Mate!

Just a quick update to let you know our pledge manager is almost ready to launch next week. We're doing the final checks with Backerkit to ensure everything is set up correctly and once approved we will send out a test to a small number of backers.

Once we get positive data back we then send out the pledge manager to everybody, so we can collect shipping addresses and shipping for all, so we can send out your goodies! 

Once we get approved, I will post another update to let you know when to expect the survey. Thanks again for backing, and I can't wait to get you playing Silverwood Grove later this year :)

Silverwood Grove Campaign Completed!

G'day Mate!

A big thank you for being part of the Silverwood Grove campaign and for joining in another very fun project!

Together we have unlocked all 23 stretch goals, making the game the best it can be - it's been so great to read all the lovely comments and excitement

What to expect from here?

In about 3 weeks time, I'll be sending out your Backerkit Pledge Manager to finalize your shipping details and any extra add-ons you wish.

From there, I'll be collecting item counts of all backers and finalizing our production run with our factory.

We'll then enter production and shipment to our fulfillment center, who will then start shipping to backers worldwide.

I'll keep you updated every step of the way, and as soon as i have any new info to share keep your eyes peeled on status updates!
