FAQ + Appendix Now Live!

G'day Mate!
We are very happy to announce our FAQ and Appendix is now live!
The FAQ is a compilation of general questions that Jeff has been assisting backers with, and will provide a handy document to refer to, with some great questions some in the community have been asking.
The Appendix lists every card and how each of the abilities are meant to be used, including Characters, Locations and Employees.
I want to congratulate Jeff on a wonderful job compiling all of this information, and we hope these provide value and add to your enjoyment of Silverwood Grove!
Once again we want to thank you for being a backer, and I must say everyone has been so lovely this whole campaign; it has been an absolute pleasure to work on these for you, and hope it may help with any questions you may have :)

Throw the confetti! Very happy to let you know we have now completed all shipments of Silverwood Grove!
If you are yet to receive tracking, please allow 48 hours for tracking to come in to your email associated with Kickstarter from 'SFCService.com' - please also check your junk mail :)
Thank you so so much for such an amazing campaign, it has been the largest I've ever done and am so happy to have this completed and sent out to you all.
Shipping During Covid:
It has certainly been an interesting time for shipping!
Shipping was roughly 3 x the price originally quoted, and on a campaign this size the costs have certainly added up. However, I strongly believe Kickstarter is an agreement between the creator and backers to deliver a project on time no matter what.
To be able to get the majority of these out a couple months early has been something I'm extremely proud of, and this is an example of a project that has been able to deliver during a shipping & logistics crunch.
Packages have taken roughly 4 weeks to arrive from time of shipment, however, we are seeing some delays on packages some between 4-8 weeks, but I am happy to say that the majority have not seen any delays - Our factory has advised these packages will definitely be delivered, they may just take some additional time during this period
Rulebook FAQs:
We are currently working on Rulebook FAQs and will be collating all this information into a PDF as well as additional information and rules as requested in an upcoming update

Silverwood Grove - Shipping Going Great!

G'day Mate!
Another quick update here to share that we're now over 50% shipped, and are moving on to the 2nd and 3rd waves of shipping. Our factory is now back up and running from vacation and will continue shipments shortly
We are still quite far ahead of schedule (almost 2 months!), and intend to keep it that way - however please allow our shipping partner some time to work through each order :)
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking notification from 'SFCService.com' so keep your eyes peeled!
And a big thank you again for joining this campaign!
I will post another update when the 2nd wave completes - and all is looking fantastic so far

Shipping Begins!

G'day Mate,
Exciting news today as production is now finished and moving on to the shipping phase!
Our shipping partner now has all of the shipping data needed to ship out, and will receive the games tomorrow.
They will then begin to process the data and make sure they have set everything up for picking and packing, to then begin shipping. This generally takes roughly 1 week to organize
From there, they will begin working through the orders around September 20, and shipping times are roughly 3-4 weeks to arrive internationally once sent.
Tracking will be sent to your email associated with Kickstarter once your parcel has been shipped - please be patient if you do not receive your tracking information as there are over 2,000 orders to process, and this may take some time.
Every order will be shipped out, and we are currently experiencing no delays, but let's give them some time as we are once again ahead of our scheduled November shipment date
